  • No. This is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on performance, behavior, recovery, and decision-making within the context of training, work, and life demands. If clinical mental health support is needed, I encourage working with a licensed professional alongside coaching.

  • No. While many clients are competitive athletes, I also work with professionals and executives who train seriously or operate in high-stress environments. The common thread isn’t sport—it’s a desire to perform well, recover intelligently, and avoid burnout.

    Coaching sessions are structured but flexible. Each session is guided by your current performance context—training demands, recovery capacity, stress load, and goals—rather than a rigid script. The work evolves as you do, with an emphasis on practical application and long-term sustainability.

  • Either. The company is based in Austin, Texas - so if you’re in the area then in-person coaching is available. If not, coaching is predominantly delivered through video-calls and phone calls.

  • Flexibility is built into the coaching relationship. If life or training demands shift, we adjust the focus or pacing accordingly. For longer pauses, re-entry policies are discussed clearly in advance to maintain continuity and quality of coaching.
